From the very first minute I met Sherry there was not a question of doubt that she was who I was going to work with to sell my condo and purchase a home with my fiancé. We had a very pleasant and satisfying experience working with Adam in selling our house. The whole long process was stress-free because he expertly took care of all the details. It was heartening to hear him say, "Don't worry; I'll take care of it." Having lived in our house for 40 years, we faced a formidable task clearing it out. What a relief it was when he told us to take what we wanted and he would take care of the rest. It took us a long time to sort out what we wanted and he was very patient waiting for us to complete the job. Then he took charge of getting the house completely cleared out and hiring contractors to make repairs and improvements to prepare the house for sale. When problems arose, we could depend on him to efficiently get the problem solved. He gave us good advice as to which repairs/updates were necessary and which were not. Several times when papers needed to be signed, he drove to our place from his office in Orinda so that we would not have to travel there. Even when we had to go to the title company to sign final papers, he showed up although he was not required to do so, in case there were questions that we could not answer. This shows what a caring and thoughtful person he is, always looking to our welfare. We had complete trust in him when we had to sign documents which were complicated and full of legalese, knowing that he knew that it was safe to do so. My wife Anna and I were looking to purchase a home in Lamorinda and started the process in earnest in late 2019. As first time buyers and unfamiliar with the local market, it seemed like a daunting task. We received a referral from a trusted source to Sherry Hutchens and Adam Hamalian from the Dudum Real Estate Group.
