Buying a house is very stressful and having a good caring diligent agent is key, especially if it's your first time. Not everyone gets that experience. Adam sincerely took the time to walk us through step by step on the process. He was committed, very responsive and did everything we asked him to do. We were very picky since we wanted a home that we were excited about and Adam was very patient. Even after the sale, he still reaches out and makes sure everything is going good. I can keep going on and on about the surprise gifts once we received keys to our new home, to the coordination with a contractor to do last minute repairs to our home before we moved in and so on. Sherry sold me my home 12 years ago and it was effortless. I remember we looked at one home twice before she said "You're not buying this home. This isn't a good neighborhood and I don't think you'd be comfortable here." Well, THANK YOOOU! That meant the world to me! Here's the problem with using Sherry and Adam: you'll never be able to use anyone again and be really satisfied. I had no idea how much Sherry did for me until I had to use another realtor out of the area and I called her to let her know what was happening. She kept asking "Isn't your realtor doing that? Why are you doing that? Your realtor should be doing that. Wait, what is she doing for you??" This team is honest, amazing, and truly looks out for your best interest.
