Thank God for Adam & Sherry. It was an act of God that at our first open house in the home searching process, we met Adam who was representing the seller. We didn't win that bidding war, but we went on for the next 9 months to see many open houses together and made approximately 8 bids until we finally got our "dream house." They were extremely patient with us and when we got to all of the paperwork and negotiations, they walked us through everything thoroughly. As it is our first home, we really knew nothing. I have deep trust and confidence in them both. I have never regretted using them and I am thrilled with our new house. I would absolutely recommend and refer anyone to Adam & Sherry.
