Sherry sold me my home 12 years ago and it was effortless. I remember we looked at one home twice before she said "You're not buying this home. This isn't a good neighborhood and I don't think you'd be comfortable here." Well, THANK YOOOU! That meant the world to me! Here's the problem with using Sherry and Adam: you'll never be able to use anyone again and be really satisfied. I had no idea how much Sherry did for me until I had to use another realtor out of the area and I called her to let her know what was happening. She kept asking "Isn't your realtor doing that?
